What you will do
As a Sales Engineer at Versori, you will be the bridge between our platform and our clients' specific needs. You will be responsible for onboarding and setting up clients on the Versori platform, ensuring a seamless integration build that maximises the value of our solution for each customer. You will also be the key interface between our technical team and our clients, providing technical expertise and exceptional customer support.
Who you will bring
Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of the Versori platform.
Technical Expertise: Interpret 3rd party API documentation, understand API endpoints and data structures to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
Customer-Facing: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates to the Versori platform, becoming a subject matter expert to effectively communicate product capabilities to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements, ensuring the Versori platform meets their specific needs.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to assist clients in the onboarding process and provide training as needed.
You will stand out with experiences in
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong technical background with the ability to interpret API documentation and understand API endpoints and data structures.
Minimum 2 years relevant computer applications or database/tool expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Prior experience in a sales engineering or similar role is a plus.
Familiarity with data management or analytics software is a plus.
