When ZigZag set out to simplify product returns for global retailers, they hit a wall.
Returns seem simple, but each one must match unique workflows, tax rules, refund fees, and delivery routes.
With every platform using different data structures, other iPaaS tools just couldn’t keep up.




ZigZag Global needed to connect its returns platform with Klaviyo to give retailers real-time visibility of customer return activity and enable personalised post-purchase communication.
Without this integration, marketing teams had limited insight into order statuses and couldn’t automate timely customer updates.
