About Denby Pottery

The Challenges
Denby Pottery embarked on a full system modernisation. project, involving using a new eCommerce platform in Shopline, as well as improving the ERP automation in NetSuite.
Migration to the new Shopline e-commerce platform required reliable integration middleware to enable accurate data exchange between Denby’s internal systems and Shopline.
A significant challenge for Denby was managing Tesco voucher redemptions, a critical revenue stream, which required a custom Shopline integration to support seamless voucher redemption.
The solution also needed to support the US and Canadian business with more efficient and automated use of NetSuite.

As Denby migrated to Shopline as its new eCommerce platform and frontend, Versori acted as the middleware layer, ensuring internal systems could communicate accurately and reliably with Shopline.
Versori delivered accurate, real-time data flow and a stable, scalable eCommerce operation.

Versori designed and implemented a suite of automated workflows between Xstore and Denby to support product data, pricing, promotions, concessions, and inventory operations.
These integrations ensure accurate, timely data exchange across retail locations and backend systems, reducing manual effort and enabling scalable, multi-site operations.

The Denby to NetSuite integration required a robust, multi-stage architecture to support accurate order processing and inventory management between Shopline and NetSuite.
This involved four coordinated workflows running on staggered intervals to fetch and approve orders, handle complex tax line processing, and generate invoices reliably within NetSuite.
An hourly inventory sync was required to retrieve product stock levels from the NetSuite API and update availability in Shopline, ensuring accurate stock visibility across channels.
The result: these workflows form a complete, automated order-to-invoice pipeline with precise tax handling and near-real-time inventory synchronisation.

Versori implemented end-to-end Tesco voucher workflows within Shopline to manage both the application and removal of promotional codes at checkout.
When a customer enters a Tesco voucher, the integration validates the code in real time with Tesco, dynamically creates and applies the corresponding discount within Shopline, and enforces one-time use and expiry rules.
If a customer chooses not to use the voucher, a complementary workflow removes the discount from the checkout and deletes the associated price rule, ensuring pricing accuracy and a seamless checkout experience.

Versori delivered a bi-directional integration between ORCE and Bloomreach to synchronise customer data, consent statuses, and marketing preferences.
Using a combination of scheduled data synchronisation and real-time, webhook-driven updates, the integration ensures Bloomreach always reflects the latest customer information from ORCE.
Consent and preference changes made in Bloomreach are immediately propagated back to ORCE. Robust data transformation, validation, and idempotent processing ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
